SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE
(Please note, highlighted signs in the plan above are NO STOPPING ANYTIME and cars parked there will be subject to towing as this whole street is needed for trucking operations. The plan above was put together and approved by the City of Boston for this project.)
BUILDING ENVELOPE
ROOF ENVELOPE
Coping and final metal work on roof
Install rooftop HVAC units
FACADE
Install windows
Install AVB and secondary window flashing
Install masonry facade
INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION
Pre weather tight mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection rough installations at all levels
Light gauge metal framing at all levels
In wall insulation and hanging sheetrock
UPCOMING ACTIVITIES.
Utility work on Regent Street anticipated to begin in 2 weeks, around 8/15/2022
TRUCKING/DELIVERIES (Several Lifts and a lull will be on site this week)
Window delivery anticipated 7/28/2022
HVAC equipment delivery to roof 7/26/2022
Ground face block delivery week of 8/1/2022
