Summary Of Activities:

SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE

(Please note, highlighted signs in the plan above are NO STOPPING ANYTIME and cars parked there will be subject to towing as this whole street is needed for trucking operations. The plan above was put together and approved by the City of Boston for this project.)

BUILDING ENVELOPE

ROOF ENVELOPE

  • Coping and final metal work on roof

FACADE

  • Install windows

  • Install AVB and secondary window flashing

  • Install masonry facade

  • Install Hardie lap siding and panels

INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION

  • Pre weather tight mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection rough installations at all levels

  • Light gauge metal framing at all levels

  • In wall insulation and hanging sheetrock

UPCOMING ACTIVITIES.

  • Utility work on Regent Street is anticipated to begin in 1 week, around 8/15/2022

  • Drywall
