Summary Of Activities:

SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE

(Please note, highlighted signs in the plan above are NO STOPPING ANYTIME and cars parked there will be subject to towing as this whole street is needed for trucking operations. The plan above was put together and approved by the City of Boston for this project.)

BUILDING ENVELOPE

ROOF

  • Install roof drains

  • Install insulation and TPO on Main Roof

  • Coping and final metal work

FACADE

  • Install windows

  • Install AVB and secondary window flashing

  • Install masonry facade

INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION

  • Pre weather tight mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection rough installations at all levels

  • Layout and frame interior partitions at levels 4 &5

UPCOMING ACTIVITIES

  • Utility work on Regent Street anticipated for the last week of July

TRUCKING/DELIVERIES

  • Window delivery anticipated 7/18/2022
