Summary Of Activities:

SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE

(Please note, highlighted signs in the plan above are NO STOPPING ANYTIME and cars parked there will be subject to towing as this whole street is needed for trucking operations. The plan above was put together and approved by the City of Boston for this project.)

STRUCTURAL WOOD FRAMING

  • Install 5th-floor walls and roof trusses

BUILDING ENVELOPE

  • Install roof drains

  • Install insulation and TPO on Main Roof

INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION

  • Layout and frame interior partitions

  • Fire Protection and HVAC rough installations and electrical layout on all floors

  • Construct CMU elevator shafts

UPCOMING ACTIVITIES

*Eversource work of Dabney Street expected to be complete by the end of 6/22 allowing for the reopening of Dabney Street

TRUCKING/DELIVERIES

We are scheduled to have frequent wall panel deliveries upcoming and a large crane will be onsite for approximately the next 30 days.
