Summary Of Activities:

SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE

(Please note, highlighted signs in the plan above are NO STOPPING ANYTIME and cars parked there will be subject to towing as this whole street is needed for trucking operations. The plan above was put together and approved by the City of Boston for this project.)

SITEWORK/UTILITIES

Retaining wall install
Install stormwater drainage systems

STRUCTURAL WOOD FRAMING

Install 5th-floor walls and roof trusses

INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION

Layout and frame interior partitions
Fire Protection and HVAC rough installations and electrical layout on the 2nd floor
Garage fire protection system (dry)
Construct CMU elevator shafts

UPCOMING ACTIVITIES

*Street closures are forthcoming in the next couple of weeks. Specific dates and streets will be provided with next week’s construction update.

TRUCKING/DELIVERIES

We are scheduled to have frequent wall panel deliveries upcoming and a large crane will be onsite for approximately the next 30 days.
