Summary Of Activities:

SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE

(Please note, highlighted signs in the plan above are NO STOPPING ANYTIME and cars parked there will be subject to towing as this whole street is needed for trucking operations. The plan above was put together and approved by the City of Boston for this project.)

SITEWORK/UTILITIES

  • Install Retaining Wall

SLAB ON GRADE

  • Prepare slab on grade for a concrete placement the week of 5/30

STRUCTURAL WOOD FRAMING

  • Finish install of 3rd-floor wood framing/detailing of fasteners/tie-downs

  • Install 4th-floor load-bearing/exterior walls

INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION

  • Layout and frame interior partitions

  • Fire Protection and HVAC rough installations and electrical layout on the 2nd floor

UPCOMING ACTIVITIES

  • Concrete placement for slab on grade. Construct CMU elevator shaft

*Street closures are forthcoming in the next couple of weeks. Specific dates and streets will be provided with next week’s construction update

TRUCKING/DELIVERIES

We are scheduled to have frequent wall panel deliveries upcoming and a large crane will be onsite for approximately the next 30 days.
