Summary Of Activities:

SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE

(Please note, highlighted signs in the plan above are NO STOPPING ANYTIME and cars parked there will be subject to towing as this whole street is needed for trucking operations. The plan above was put together and approved by the City of Boston for this project.

SITEWORK/UTILITIES

  • Install sanitary sewer line stub in

  • Install storm water drainage systems

SLAB ON DECK PLACEMENTS

  • Pour and cure slab

SLAB ON GRADE

  • Install underground MEP

STRUCTURAL WOOD FRAMING

  • Install load-bearing/exterior walls

  • Install 3rd-floor trusses

  • Install 3rd-floor sheathing

UPCOMING ACTIVITIES

  • Set retaining wall at the property line

  • Install domestic water and meter pit to building

  • Install Fire Protection water to the building

TRUCKING/DELIVERIES

We are scheduled to have frequent wall panel deliveries upcoming and a large crane will be onsite for approximately the next 30 days.
