Summary Of Activities:

SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE

(Please note, highlighted signs in the plan above are NO STOPPING ANYTIME and cars parked there will be subject to towing as this whole street is needed for trucking operations. The plan above was put together and approved by the City of Boston for this project.)

INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION

  • Appliances install

  • Owner and Architect punch list is ongoing in some units

SITEWORK

  • New sidewalks have ben poured on on Fountain Street

  • Plantings are being installed and will be complete by 4/11/23

  • Fencing re-work along Regent Street will take place the week of 5/8/23

  • The parking lot and driveway are being paved Friday 5/5/23 and striped 5/8/23

  • Temporary fencing along Fountain Street will be taken down once a Certificate of OCcupancy is received for the building

FINAL INSPECTIONS

  • Boston Fire Department Lights Out Testing is on Wednesday 5/11/23. Once complete and signed off, we can test Fire Alarm, Standpipe, and Life Safety. Once all testing is complete and signed off we can apply for a Certificate of Occupancy.
