Summary Of Activities:

SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE

(Please note, highlighted signs in the plan above are NO STOPPING ANYTIME and cars parked there will be subject to towing as this whole street is needed for trucking operations. The plan above was put together and approved by the City of Boston for this project.)

INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION

  • Power and water are on in the building

  • Priming and painting finish coats

  • Cabinet/Countertop Install

  • Elevator Install

  • Appliances install

  • Owner and Architect punchlist is ongoing in some units

SITEWORK

  • New sidewalks on Fountain Street are being poured tomorrow 4-7–23. Temporary fencing along Fountain Street will be taken down once the sidewalks have cured

  • Front paver install – Will take place during the week of 4–10–23

  • Landscaping and plantings will be installed during the week of 4-17-23
