Summary Of Activities:

SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE

(Please note, highlighted signs in the plan above are NO STOPPING ANYTIME and cars parked there will be subject to towing as this whole street is needed for trucking operations. The plan above was put together and approved by the City of Boston for this project.)

BUILDING ENVELOPE

  • Install exterior lights

  • Final punchlist activities ongoing

INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION

  • Set permanent power; Will be complete by the end of the week

  • Priming and painting finish coats

  • Flooring install

  • Cabinet/Countertop Install

  • Elevator Install

  • Install Mech/Elec/Plumb finishes

SITEWORK

  • Permanent black chain-link fencing installation is complete. Temporary fencing has been removed except for Fountain Street which will remain until new sidewalks are poured.

  • Install site lighting - Ongoing. Expect to be complete by the end of the week

  • Form and pour Fountain Street sidewalks – Targeting to start work in the next few weeks

  • Front paver install – Targeting March 27th to begin this work

  • Landscaping and planting - May 1, 2023 (Can begin earlier is weather permits)
