May 15th Construction Update

Summary Of Activities:

SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE

(Please note, highlighted signs in the plan above are NO STOPPING ANYTIME and cars parked there will be subject to towing as this whole street is needed for trucking operations. The plan above was put together and approved by the City of Boston for this project.)

INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION

• Owner and Architect punch list is ongoing in some units

SITEWORK

• New sidewalks have been poured along Fountain St.

• 90% of the plantings have been installed. Additional plantings to be installed on the south elevation and potentially at area along Regent St.

• Fencing rework along Regent St will take place as soon as a decision is made regarding plantings at the Regent St area.

• The parking lot and driveway are paved and striped with designated parking spaces.

• Temporary fencing along Fountain St will be taken down once certificate of occupancy is received for the building.

FINAL INSPECTIONS

• Boston Fire Department Lights Out Testing passed on Wednesday 5/10. Fire Alarm Testing with Boston Fire Department scheduled for 5/23. Once signed off on fire alarm, the standpipe, and life safety tests will follow. Once all testing is complete and signed off we can apply for a certificate of occupancy.
