Summary Of Activities:

SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE

(Please note, highlighted signs in the plan above are NO STOPPING ANYTIME and cars parked there will be subject to towing as this whole street is needed for trucking operations. The plan above was put together and approved by the City of Boston for this project.)

TRUCKING/DELIVERIES

  • Minor deliveries will be ongoing

BUILDING ENVELOPE

  • Install lower and upper cornices

  • Install masonry at Fountain st elevation

  • Install Hardie panels at lower profiles

INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION

  • Drywall install and taping/sanding

  • Priming and painting

  • Flooring install

  • Cabinet/Countertop Install

  • Elevator Install

SITEWORK

  • Install permanent black chain-link fencing around perimeter of sight -

    • Set an of polls around the property to be completed by end of day 1/31.

    • The actual chain-link fence to begin being installed this week, installation will be about one week.

  • Install site lighting - February

  • Form and pour Fountain Street sidewalks – March

  • Front paver install – March

  • Landscaping and planting - May 1, 2023
