February 8th Construction Update

Summary Of Activities:

SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE

(Please note, highlighted signs in the plan above are NO STOPPING ANYTIME and cars parked there will be subject to towing as this whole street is needed for trucking operations. The plan above was put together and approved by the City of Boston for this project.)

• Regrade site (cuts/fills with existing soil)

• Footing & Wall Foundations

  • Form final footings for the perimeter of building

  • Form foundation walls

  • Next concrete pour: walls/footings (Friday, 2/11)

• Upcoming activities: waterproof and backfill foundations

  TRUCKING/DELIVERIES

  - We will have concrete trucks on site for our concrete pours, exact amount will vary based on the pour.
