January 6th Construction Update

Summary Of Activities:

SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE

(Please note, highlighted signs in the plan above are NO STOPPING ANYTIME and cars parked there will be subject to towing as this whole street is needed for trucking operations. The plan above was put together and approved by the City of Boston for this project.)

• Approved to resume blasting activities per City of Boston

  • First blasts to start Monday (1/10) and will continue through Friday (1/21) at the latest. We anticipate 2 blasts per day between 9am-1pm

• Export blasted ledge material (Ongoing activity through blasting and until the middle of January)

• Foundation start date (1/10)

  • Pour lean concrete for footings (1/10)

• Form footings & walls for concrete (exact date TBD)

  TRUCKING/DELIVERIES

  During the activities above, trucking for offloading of soil/ledge will continue. We will have trucks ready to load and remove of the soil/ledge in the morning and will be coming and going throughout the day. Both topsoil removal, as well as the blasting, require increased trucking during the day. We continue to operate between 4-6 trucks per day, completing 3 trips.
