November 8th Construction Update

Summary Of Activities:

SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE

  • Curb cut at construction entrance (11/08)

  • Install Construction Management Plan & sidewalk takeover (11/12)

    • Install jersey barriers in street, per plan below. New striping for sidewalks and signage for cars/pedestrians. This will be along the entire length of the property and will be installed through the end of December

  • Tree removal (11/12 & 11/15)

  • Strip and dispose of topsoil (11/15)

  • Layout for blasting (12/2)

  • Start blasting (12/6)

TRUCKING/DELIVERIES - During the activities above, trucking for offloading of soil/ledge will start. We will have trucks ready to load and remove of the soil in the morning and will be coming and going throughout the day. Both topsoil removal as well as the blasting will require increased trucking during the day.
