Summary Of Activities:

SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE

(Please note, highlighted signs in the plan above are NO STOPPING ANYTIME and cars parked there will be subject to towing as this whole street is needed for trucking operations. The plan above was put together and approved by the City of Boston for this project.)

The Job Site will be open on 11/25 and 11/26

TRUCKING/DELIVERIES

  • Minor deliveries will be ongoing

    • Elevator delivery 12/6/22.

BUILDING ENVELOPE

  • Install lower cornices

  • Install masonry at the East elevation

  • Install storefronts

INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION

  • Drywall install and taping/sanding

  • Priming and painting

  • Flooring install

  • Cabinet Install

  • Elevator Install

SITEWORK

  • Retaining wall installation

  • City sidewalk and curb installation on Fountain St. is projected to start on 12/14/22

  • All landscaping activities will be put off until May 2023.

  • There will be some chipping activity ongoing at the entrance to the site that will be over by the end of the day Tuesday 12/6
