Summary Of Activities:

SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE

(Please note, highlighted signs in the plan above are NO STOPPING ANYTIME and cars parked there will be subject to towing as this whole street is needed for trucking operations. The plan above was put together and approved by the City of Boston for this project.)

TRUCKING/DELIVERIES

  • Cabinet deliveries ongoing

BUILDING ENVELOPE

  • Install lower cornices

  • Install masonry at East elevation

  • Install storefronts

INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION

  • Drywall install and taping/sanding

  • Priming and painting

  • Gypsum underlayment placement

SITEWORK

  • Retaining wall installation

  • City sidewalk installation on Fountain St. is projected for late November/early December.
