Summary Of Activities:

SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE

(Please note, highlighted signs in the plan above are NO STOPPING ANYTIME and cars parked there will be subject to towing as this whole street is needed for trucking operations. The plan above was put together and approved by the City of Boston for this project.)

TRUCKING/DELIVERIES

  • Drywall deliveries ongoing

BUILDING ENVELOPE

  • Coping and final metal work on roof

  • Install siding at North and West elevations

  • Install masonry façade at North, West, and East elevations

INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION

  • Mechanical Electrical Plumbing/Fire Protection rough installation at Level 2 and 5

  • In wall insulation at Level 2

  • Taping and sanding on Level 4

  • Drywall install at Level 3

SITEWORK

  • Retaining wall installation (2 weeks remaining, expected to finish by 10/21)

  • Utility work on Regent Street (2 weeks remaining, expected to finish by 10/21)

    • Below is a snapshot of the northbound Regent Street detour. This detour will be in effect once the utility work on Regent Street begins.
