Summary Of Activities:

SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE

(Please note, highlighted signs in the plan above are NO STOPPING ANYTIME and cars parked there will be subject to towing as this whole street is needed for trucking operations. The plan above was put together and approved by the City of Boston for this project.)

BUILDING ENVELOPE

  • Coping and final metal work on roof

  • Exterior blocking and siding install

  • Veneer brick install

  • Cornice install

INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION

  • Mechanical Electrical Plumbing/Fire Protection rough installation at all levels

  • In wall insulation

  • Drywall install level 4

SITEWORK

  • Retaining wall installation

  • Utility work on Regent St (Work will be starting the week of September 12th and the duration will be approximately 3 weeks.)

TRUCKING/DELIVERIES

  • Drywall deliveries ongoing
