Summary Of Activities:

SITEWORK/MOBILIZE CONSTRUCTION SITE

(Please note, highlighted signs in the plan above are NO STOPPING ANYTIME and cars parked there will be subject to towing as this whole street is needed for trucking operations. The plan above was put together and approved by the City of Boston for this project.)

SITEWORK/CONCRETE

  • Sub-grade parking area at the back of the site

  • Utility structure installations

  • Electrical duct bank install

  • Footing & Wall Foundations

    • Form foundation walls and install rebar

    • Waterproofing and backfill foundation walls

  • Upcoming activities: Set precast block retaining wall

TRUCKING/DELIVERIES

  • We will have concrete trucks on site for our concrete pours

  • Steel delivery scheduled for 3/21
